Jasbir Dhaliwal, PhD. is Distinguished University Professor of Information Systems at the University of Memphis, Tennessee where he also serves as the Executive Vice President for Research & Innovation and as Executive Director of its FedEx Institute of Technology. He is an early pioneer on the validation of artificial intelligence (AI) and on explainable AI since the 1990s when he first published research on these topics. He founded the Systems Testing Excellence Program in 2007 which is the largest academic research group in software testing internationally and that focuses on advancing industry best practices through scientific research and research-based training. He started his academic career at the National University of Singapore after completing his bachelors degree at University Malaya and masters and doctoral degrees from the University of British Columbia. He has published extensively in the top research journals in information systems and has presented many keynotes globally over the years. He has also consulted internationally on software testing to the likes of FedEx, the Defense Information Systems Agency, Wells Fargo, Microsoft, and many other global organizations. Vipul Kocher is an ex-Adobe engineer and IIT alumnus with three decades in Software Development and Testing industry. He is co-founder and CEO of AIEnsured/testAIng – an Artificial Intelligence (AI) governance product company.

Vipul is also President of the Indian Testing – ISTQB Board, Convener of STeP-IN forum – asia’s largets non-profit testers’ community, and National Convener of Indic Academy. He also works actively for mentoring and investing in startups.

Robert Rose is a faculty member in the Management Information Systems Department at the University of Memphis, where he teaches courses in machine learning, systems analysis and design, applied program development, and managing software development. His work focuses on software testing and software quality, with an emphasis on preparing students and professionals to build reliable, real-world systems. With experience in Salesforce development, mobile application development, and applied testing practices, Robert brings a practical perspective that connects academic learning with industry needs. 

Herman has over 15 years of work experience and expertise in the areas of Information Technology (in software testing and quality assurance). Has been involved in technical and joint technical committees responsible for the development of ISO standards in software quality and software testing locally and internationally; conducts testing, evaluation, and certification of software applications (Product Certification Scheme) and organizations (TMMi). Was previously involved in multiple government agency projects as well as banks as Senior (TCoE) Consultant, Lead for Test and Quality Assurance, IV&V Test Manager and now working for a local consultation company as Senior Test Manager, Consultant, Trainer as well as TMMi Accredited Assessor (Cert No: MDTH-795762).

Pricilla is a Passionate Test Engineer currently working with Billennium IT Services (M) Sdn – Malaysia, with a decade of experience in Quality Assurance. She has experience in different flavors of Testing like Functional, EDI, ETL, Automation, and API Testing. She is so keen and loves to handle APIs.

She is a Postman Supernova and speaks at various events regarding APIs and Postman. She is passionate about Cloud computing and is an “AWS Community Builder”.
