A certificate is a claim about a person: that on a particular day, under conditions that can be defended afterwards, they demonstrated what they knew. What makes that claim credible is not the syllabus or the question bank. It is that somebody was in the room, holding the conditions steady. That somebody is a proctor, the least visible role in the certification chain and quietly one of the most consequential.

MSTB is inviting registrations for the proctor position on a rolling basis. Everything you need is in the guidelines and registration form below: who is eligible, how the approval process runs, and what to submit. Send your completed form to secretariat@mstb.org, and write to the same address first if anything is unclear.
