On Tuesday 20 October 2026, a three-person team from Arrangility Sdn Bhd walked into the MSTB office at SetiaWalk, Puchong. It was the company’s first visit to MSTB.
Mr Tomotaka Asagi led the delegation. He is CEO of Arrangility and CTO of its Japanese parent company, Human Crest Co., Ltd. Many in Malaysia’s testing community will know him from SOFTECAsia 2026, where he was one of the speakers. With him were Ms Aslina Aminuddin, Asia Regional Operation Manager (Quality Solution Division) at Human Crest, and Ms Nur Fadzliana Farouk Khan, Solution Sales.
Arrangility is a software testing and QA company based in Cyberjaya and wholly owned by Human Crest. The conversation turned on where it can add to Malaysia’s testing ecosystem, and the two sides talked about four areas:
- knowledge sharing;
- MSTB’s industry events;
- talent development;
- joint initiatives for the testing community.
It was a first conversation rather than an agreement. Its value is simpler than that: a testing company and the national body for software testing at the same table, asking what each can do for the people who test software in Malaysia.

Each side brings something different. Arrangility brings Japanese quality practice and industry networks. MSTB brings its role as the national body for software testing. Put together, that is a practical way to raise the bar for everyone who builds and ships software here.
MSTB thanks Mr Asagi, Ms Aslina and Ms Nur Fadzliana for the visit and for their encouraging commitment. The door stays open to every industry partner who shares the goal of better software quality in Malaysia, and the next conversation can start with a note to info@mstb.org.
